We hope that you’re pleased with your purchase from Love My Case Ltd; however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return the item to us for various reasons. The first thing to do is to always contact us immediately via email. We will endeavour to arrive at your satisfaction.
If you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange (‘Working Day’ means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund. All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 7 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.
A refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
With postage-free items, we will deduct postal charges from the refund amount, which varies with each item.
